FunnelFuel is an advertising and marketing software platform which enables Advertisers (or Buyers) and Publishers (or Sellers) and third parties acting on their behalf, to buy and sell advertising space. We also provide technologies (including those of third party suppliers) which enable Advertisers to deliver ads to the most relevant audiences, by using a number of techniques including interest based, real time, contextual and geographical advertising, and to measure how effective their ads are. We refer to all of these third parties as “Partners”.
Our site is operated by FunnelFuel Limited. We are a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13086904. We are located at 109 Borough High Street, London and also have offices in Manchester. You can find our contact details below.
Information which you provide to us
We may collect and process data about you which you voluntarily provide to us. This includes information provided by you at the time of registering your interest by completing a form on our website, registering to use our site or when you report a problem with our site. If you contact us, we may keep a record of the relevant communications.
Information which we collect
We collect information which is in our legitimate interests as an advertising and marketing advertising platform to provide Services to our Partners.

Disclosure of your information to our Partners
We share the information we collect with our Partners for the following purposes;
- To enable Advertisers to serve you with targeted ads which may be of interest to you,
- To enable Advertisers to measure and improve the effectiveness of an ad campaign,
- To enable Publishers to measure how Users are engaging with their sites and ads served on their sites,
- To our sub-contractors and suppliers for the purpose of providing services to us.
- To enable us to monitor our Partners’ use of our Services,
- To enable us to enforce our rights under the Agreements with our Partners for the use of our Services,
- To detect and prevent fraudulent activity and prevent infringement of third party rights or any other misuse of our Services.
- To comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply this Policy or our Terms and Conditions and other Agreements, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- We may disclose your information to any member of our group of companies, which means any of our subsidiaries.
- In the event that we are involved in a merger or the purchase or sale of all or substantially all of our business or assets, in which case we may disclose this information to the prospective buyer.
- In response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our Partners, but we may provide them with statistical or aggregated information for our legitimate business interests namely, the provision of our Services. For example, we may inform them that 900 women aged over 40 have clicked on their ad on any given day. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. For example, we may assist them to deliver an ad to men in Manchester. Since there is no reasonable way to extract data which could identify you from this data, such disclosure does not affect your privacy.
Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of others. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
Where we store the information we collect
The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our Suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services and helping us maintain our site and provide our Services.

How long we store Information we collect

We support, comply with and are registered as a vendor with the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (‘The Framework’) which provides consumers with full visibility and control over who is allowed to process their data in connection with advertising, and for what purposes. Your Rights
You can contact us at info@FunnelFuel.com and request to access any personal information which we may have about you. You can request us to delete any personal information which you have provided via our Site and we will respond in a reasonable time. Deletion of data will not change or delete personal information which may have already been shared with third parties. Please note that any data we collect is anonymized at the point of collection. We may therefore need to ask you to provide further information to make sure that you are who you claim to be and to assist us in responding to your request. Since we do not collect information about identifiable human beings, it is unlikely that we will be able to provide you with any information which identifies you.

FunnelFuel is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
If FunnelFuel shares the personal data of an individual located in the EU or Switzerland with a third-party service provider that processes the data solely on FunnelFuel’ behalf, then FunnelFuel will be liable for that third-party’s processing of that data in violation of the Principles, unless FunnelFuel can prove that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
